IMO,the damages suffered do not warrant the expense of a lawsuit. Unless there was some form of infection, flea bites won't justify a lawsuit.

You can sue for the cost of the battery. You can't sue for what harm might have happened..............

Whatever you are able to do, it is not a DIY project. You need to retain a local civil rights lawyer. If your case is strong, they will likely work...
