It is best to consult counsel now. Military counsel normally won't represent u until charges are brought but I fave found we can be of assistance...

Anytime one has been the victim of a crime the best course of action is to call the police. It has nothing to do with him being in the military.
I recieved a general under honorable conditions discharge from the military for using drugs, can I get a ccw permit?

Weapons registration is a tricky area. The best way to find out is to apply and see what happens. My guess is it won't be an issue.

U can sue anybody but u r unlikely to win. There is no constitutional right to serve in the military and like any employer they can set certain...

I would add to Mr. Rafter's answer that you are likely looking for a lawyer that does federal worker's compensation, not military law.
