I want to enlist in US Army through MAVNI program but I cannot get waiver for my sealed charges. Is there any way I could apply?

Like any potential employer, the military can pick who they want. In a time of draw downs, there is less incentive for them to grant waivers.

None of us can predict what your employer will or won't do. But be honest, and let the chips fall where they may.
