You cannot sue them. You can apply to have your discharge upgraded. That is your only remedy.

No need for a board as u requested (not accepted) the Chapter 10. 6 days is not unusual.

Go to your base legal office, and also look into consulting with an OK divorce lawyer, but in all likelihood this will not be an issue.
