It looks like you should be fine. This is not a conviction, and should not bar your getting a permit.
I am and NCO and I was given a company grade Article 15 and they want to take 7 days pay for 2 months is the correct.

The issue is this. There is no "right" to serve in the military. So with certain limitations (i.e. race, gender, etc.) the military gets to hire...
