I don't think you will find any "Supporting Legal Documents" that say you can ship military uniforms to Korea. But I know of no law that says you...

Is there a chance? Yes. Is it a realistic chance? No, unless there is a problem with the test. Don't make any statements, and consult legal counsel.

Only a recruiter can answer whether you will be able to enlist. But in a day of shrinking military, I wouldn't get my hopes too high.
