Drugs don't have to be on your person for one to be convicted of possession. He needs a lawyer.

Contact the California State Bar. If you have a deadline coming up on your case you need to have another lawyer involved.

Would this be a violation of HIPPA law? No. And even if it were, you can't sue for a HIPAA violation.

While you can theoretically sue anyone I don't see any potential for this to succeed.

If they came in and your dog bit them you would be liable. I would think you would want to be there, or put the dog in a kennel for a day.
