Can you sue? Yes Will you? No Why? Because it will cost thousands and you have no claim.

You can report it to the police. They will decide whether to pursue. If the victim doesn't cooperate, it is unlikely they will.

IMO you have no grounds for a lawsuit. Not all "discrimination" is illegal.

Lawsuits are expensive and slow. Just work with them and get your stuff.

IMO any such lawsuit would be quickly tossed out of court. It would be frivolous.
