There is no civilian equivalent of an Article 138 complaint.

The divorce is valid until and unless you move to have it overturned, and a court grants your request.

The lawyers who volunteer to answer questions here have what you provided us. We can't begin to guess.

You would have to ask them. We certainly don't know.

If he sues you, a judge will decide. Sounds like you glued the soles when you sold them to him, and the glue came off.
