It is not at all clear what is going on here. if you suspect your name was forged, demand proof that you are the guarantor on the loan.

The problem appears to be your daughter's behavior, not the school's schedule. Either way this is not a legal matter IMO.

Absolutely. It will cost you hundreds of dollars and I don't think you have any chance of winning, but you can sue.

It doesn't sound like you have any grounds to sue based on what you wrote.

There is no magic number of tries. At some point I could see it possibly coming to that, but I doubt it.
