Unprofessional attorney supports the client's opposition

I paid the attorney, Lisa Clarke, over $4,000 for legal help but she was largely unavailable and failed to return my phone calls most of the time. Whenever I would call or stop by her office, I was told by her secretaries that she was at court, gone for the rest of the day, on vacation, or that it ...was the Masters Week of golf. This happened for over six, long months. For more than a year, my children have been the victims of child endangerment and neglect as evidenced by photographs of razor blade cuts, bruises, and knots on their bodies while they were in the custody of my wife and/or her dangerous brother who was recently in jail. He has been to jail numerous times for multiple DUIs and physical violence to both family members and law enforcement as evidenced by dispatch calls and legal documents. The guardian ad litem, DeFACS, and other law enforcement have all been informed of this as far back as February of 2010. Lisa Clarke was also informed of these situations since the beginning of February this year. Although DeFACS stated that my children were clearly not safe with my brother-in-law, and Lisa Clarke was fully aware that (1) my brother-in-law was at the house with my children and (2) my children continued getting marks on their bodies even up to this month of June, justice has not prevailed for my children. Instead of filing for an emergency hearing, Lisa Clarke set me up to (1) hand my children over to my wife and (2) enable my wife to take almost all of my income in child support and daycare expenses combined. Lisa Clarke set up a mediation where I was told, "Do not contact DeFACS." I was not given a reason for this. Lisa Clarke said to me regarding my wife, "I am not going to let her do anything to you, Paul." Yet, when I informed Lisa Clarke at the mediation that I was barely scraping by paying child support, I was still told, "You will be paying half of the daycare expenses" (before the parenting plan was even composed). My wife has been unemployed for over two years and still is unemployed. Why does she need the daycare? Furthermore, in regards to paying child support, this attorney stated on her own website, "It is important that you are completely honest when you give them your income numbers. " Yet Lisa Clarke put down that my wife makes minimum wage. This is dishonest and unprofessional. When I told Lisa Clarke that I did not agree for my wife to have the final say in all decisions or disagreements, Lisa Clarke still said, "She is going to have the final say regardless because she is the primary." I was put under immense pressure, tremendous stress, and great intimidation to accept things that I did not agree with. Instead of these things being offered as options to me, they were presented as being mandatory. Afterward, Lisa Clarke sent me a letter threatening that if I did not sign the final paperwork, she would withdraw from being my attorney and that I may have to pay my wife's attorney fees. I proceeded to sign with the statement that it was signed under duress, but her secretaries stated that it could not be processed. Then I received a letter from Lisa Clarke stating that she withdrew from being my attorney and that I may lose custody of my kids.
