I went to Thomas Lindsay after using a previous attorney in Ringgold during my divorce. My divorce process was very lengthy and very overwhelming! It seemed to drag out longer than most cases. Both attorneys were dragging their feet on getting things done and signed, but then placing the blame on eac...h other. I made the decision to switch and chose Mr. Lindsay because he seemed that he was very capable of handling the case and did not care who the other party was nor did he seem to care that the other party was tied to higher authorities. Mr. Lindsay was awesome in my entire case. Every document that was sent to the other parties attorney was also sent to me by mail so that I knew what was going on. At any given time, I could phone his office, and within reason, he returned my call. There was never a time limit on the phone or in office as to how much time we spent talking. He always made sure he answered all my questions. After a few short months of using Mr. Lindsay, everything was handled in my divorce, documents were signed that were never signed to begin with and my case is pretty much closed.
