I have represented various banks in Northwest Georgia over the years in a variety of areas including bank operations cases, foreclosure and debt cases and also cases involving liability for the bank.

Hard Working and Responsive

My husband and I have been clients of Jesse Vaughn (Vaughn & Clements) on two occasions. The first matter was a dispute with our next door neighbors as they pressed forward to build two houses on a narrow parcel of land that did not meet the county's road frontage requirements. Jesse and law partner,... Jeff Clements, worked on our behalf (they fought for us), slowed down the process, and made sure we had a voice in the matter. The county eventually voted to allow our neighbors to proceed, but we felt that Jesse and Jeff did everything possible for us and represented us well in the matter. Jesse and Jeff also helped us with our home's refi closing a few years ago. They led us through that process and the closing was fast and smooth with no problems or last-minute surprises. Based on these two legal matters, I give my highest recommendation to Jesse. He is knowledgable and responsive to the needs of his clients.
