Positive results. Integrity

David Quilliams represented my wife and me in a family law case involving grandparent's visitation rights. False allegations by our daughter resulted in our case becoming a criminal defense case. Mr Quilliams navigated us through the criminal investigation and meticulously laid out the facts resultin...g in no charges being filed. Upon returning to the grandparent's visitation case, Mr. Quilliams focused on Georgia law specifics that resulted in the judge deciding in our favor.

first-class

Mr. Quilliams represented me in a follow-up to a divorce settlement and mediation. When my ex-wife decided that she wanted more money in spite of the mediated agreement, I turned to Mr. Quilliams to prove to her that a contract is a contract. He got to work right away, finding eight or nine differen...t reasons why there was no leg for her to stand upon, and for each of those reasons he cited ample case law. Her attorney, perhaps wanting to fill her own pockets (as opposed to prevaililng per se), advised my ex-wife to fight it out. When the day for the hearing arrived, however, Mr. Quilliams was more than ready and over several hours demonstrated what good lawyering was all about. Looking now at what my ex-wife's lawyer went through summoms up images of a boxing match between Rocky Grazziano and Tom Thumb. The other lawyer simply had nothing going for her and Mr. Quilliams saw no reason to hold back in arguing how ridiculous my ex-wife's argument was. We prevailed and that was that. I would note several additional things in Mr. Quilliams' favor. First of all, he was careful to outline to me the character of the relevant law and to explain with extensive details why I would win. Those details made it easy for me to see where things were going and that feeling of confidence was worth a lot to me (and contrasted quite a bit from my experience with other lawyers from other firms who never told me anything). He promptly shared with me all the written materials concerning my case and always treated me with respect and friendliness. Again, whenever I have to confront any legal issues, I always feel underpowered; Mr. Quilliams did an excellent job in dissipating those feelings and reassuring me about the future. With him, I felt that I has won more than one time. Rocky Grazziano indeed.

DUI

Mr. Quilliams was very attentive to my situation and needs. He was very diligent with his efforts to help resolve this issue in a timely manner for me and to help get the best possible outcome. He was open and honest with his thoughts and suggestions as to what I should expect and agree to within th...e plea process. I would recommend Mr. Quilliams to anyone needing his expertise in this area.
