Counsel on many cases under various federal and state environmental laws, with a specialty in water law. I have testified before Georgia House and Senate and the U.S. House of Representatives on water issues and have served as an expert witness in water cases. I was the author of Georgia's first inter basin transfer law. Current cases in nuisance, trespass, and violations of erosion and sedimentation laws.
