Poor investigation skills and false information
I originally hired her for my kids but regret that decision she is very unprofessional and does her job poorly in so many ways I would never hire Nicole for anything else because she is not worth the money to begin with hopefully she we learn how to be a better gal but currently lacks the know how to...

Replied last January 23, 2018I'm so sorry that you feel this way. As Guardian ad Litem, I sometimes have to make recommendations that are hard for parties to hear. Like you, I'm focused on your children's best interests even though you and I may disagree about what those look like. As you are aware, my recommendations rely on objective reports like police records, educational records, medical records, and records from the Department of Family and Children Services, which are all attached to my GAL report. I encourage you to gather any evidence to refute those reports and present that information to your advocate (your attorney) as I only represent the best interests of your children.
