I have a 40 year sentence for a conviction that 3 officer's tamper with evidence make fault's reports and lies to the jury so for my appeal I ask Barbara to raise ineffective. On my trail attorney she did do this ever time I said anything about my case she would respond like she worked for them not m...e I found a case law that takes 8 years off my time when I ask Barbara about it I was told bad Barbara this law did not exist and that I need to let her do the law work but after I sent her a copy of the case law she then apologizes so now I have to file an effective on both lawyers at my habeas because she denied me the right to file and effective on appeal
