My relationship began with Billy and Jenni in 2016. I was needing an attorney who was experienced and knowledgeable yet also reasonably priced. My daughter had a very serious charge and a case with some very odd and weird circumstances involved. As a single mother i needed the best of the best for he...r along with something i could afford and that isnt easy to find. After meeting Billy i knew right away his team was what i wanted and needed for my daughter. Little did i know that very day that i had hired not only a very professional and knowledgeable attorney i also gained some extra family. It was a long drawn out case and so many circumstances happened in that time. Billy and Jenni continued to work hard in this time. There were many tiring sleepless nights for them and my family as well. They gave so much to my daughter and her case i could never repay them. They genuinely care for their clients and put way more effort than they had to. I contacted them when worried or when i had questions(frequently) and at all hours of day and night and they would answer and be my support. I couldnt have ask for a better law firm or any better team. We didnt get what we expected and actually got a devastating sentence on our first trial so this team went to work and pursued another avenue. My experiences with Billy ( William ) Olson have been nothing but great. He has been fair, understanding and is a diligent attorney who will go the extra mile for you. He has been helpful in situations where attorneys I have had in the past would have gave up or not even tried to help. He is reasonab...ly priced and has a great rapport with many of the local judges and district attorneys. I was so glad to have him recommended to me years ago for a case, and since then I have used him for multiple cases. He has always been straight forward with me and tells me exactly what to expect. He obviously can’t guarantee the outcome of a case, but 9/10 tines, he is pretty close in his guess of what will happen. Mr. Olson has been my sons attorney on a lot of different issues over the past 8 years, from dfcs cases, criminal cases and a divorce Mr. Olson has always worked very hard with my son on making sure that everything went as smooth as possible for him. He made calls himself to get him in a drug treatme...nt program that would be the best for my son, has worked very hard going back and forth to court several times on his criminal cases and explained to the DA and Judge what had happen and why he had went off the deep end and gotten into a lot of trouble in a 2 mo span, during all this he was also representing him in a very contested divorce case and also put in the middle all this was kids that wanted to be with their daddy because their mother was deceased ( the divorcee was their step-mother) and didn't want his kids anymore, but because of all the criminal cases dfcs got involved and took the kids. My son was very distraught and upset but Mr Olson spent a lot of time explaining why things needed to go thru the system and how he could get himself straightened back out, and would always make sure we both understood what happened in court and why, he would always give him a pep talk and tell him just because he had made some bad decisions he wasn't a bad person, and to keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep going the right direction, he would just call/text him to check on him sometimes just to make sure he was doing all he needed to be doing and was doing ok . All this has been going thru the systems for the last 10 months this go around after not needing a lawyer for 7 years, but it is all about to be over within the next 2 weeks, and he will have criminal cases settled, the divorce settled, and his children back. Billy has been the best attorney I think we could have hired. He really fought hard for my son and when the DA wouldn't budge any on sentencing he would ask for the next court date to continue to negotiate. As many court cases I have sat thru over the last 10 months and seen how many attorneys just seemed to do the bare minimum to represent their clients and how many people that have asked to have more time to hire a different attorney I must truly say I believe my son got the very best attorney around in Billy Olson. I would highly recommend him to anyone that needs a great attorney.

Obviously getting arrested for a crime is never going to be a fun or enjoyable experience, and when that happened to me for the first time I felt really lost and scared, and had no idea what to do.
