If you are considering this lawyer, I would choose someone else. I don't even understand how she is even able to practice. She made sneering and back-handed comments about her paralegal to me, allowed processes to play out so that she could benefit from the time and cost, and provided no counsel. ...

Replied last June 02, 2018It is unfortunate that you had some type of negative experience with the Court system. It is often a frustrating system to deal with and in the area of law I practice people are often very emotional. I do not have a paralegal, nor have I ever geared my practice to benefit from time and drive up the cost - many times I end up essentially handling matters where the people who need the help lack the money to pay the full cost so I charge less or do the case pro bono (without charge).
