Having to face the dealings of a court case can be stressful for any individual. For me, returning years later for a custody battle is something I never wish on anyone. However, during the entire process Nick was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and honest. With every meeting or phone conver...sation Nick gave clear direction on how to handle certain questions or situations. Nick and his paralegal were always responsive to my concerns. During final negotiations, Nick provided me with the most fair and positive guidance which best suited the interest of my child and for me. I hired Nick as my DUI attorney after a glowing recommendation from another Atlanta attorney. I was very disappointed with his service. I had to return to court multiple times after he failed to give me all the details of my sentence. This was a burden as I lived 1.5 hours from the courthouse. After ...sentencing I had to berate him to talk to the probation officer on my behalf to have my probation moved to a location closer to my house. After a smarmy response, he begrudgingly contacted the probation office and had it changed to non-reporting. Again I had to prod him to do anything at all. He does as little as possible and has a very arrogant attitude when you call him out for it. I would not recommend him to anyone for any purpose and have since contacted the attorney who recommended him and told him about my dissatisfaction.

I first met Nick several years ago when he represented my family in a previous court case. I retained his services for a child custody case for myself several years later. Nick has always been very professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He made the situation very stress free with a favorable o...utcome. I would highly recommend Nick's services.
