Gayle S. Graziano

Many times I heard about child custody. I was scared. I did my research. Ms. Graziano thinks about the children in GA and FL. She is kind and very knowledgeable about Juvenile Law and Family Law. If she is late or otherwise-she makes up for it by working harder-I think she is in demand. Her Assistan...t, Noreen, is a professional. She is not a gate keeper-it is her job to be an Assistant. One time I overheard her be empathetic by tenderly consoling an emotional client. Another time, I saw her listen attentively and with care when a client was yelling at her. I know what it is like to be in her place. I observed Noreen-Ms. Graziano has hundreds of clients and one Assistant. I heard about the professional services and that's why I went to the office to see for myself. So, I hired Ms. Graziano. Noreen answers all my calls, e-mails, faxes-everything. I cannot believe I got an e-mail after dinner and even early at 3 the morning. If there is a delay, I am informed of a delay to the answer to my question, or anything-I still am contacted in a timely manner. I am satisfied. I know that when I asked Noreen to speak with Ms. Graziano she will talk with me if she is in the office. Many lawyers hide. I got a bill-it was a mistake but taken care of and the fee was so reasonable. I donated the overcharge difference by offering lunch. There are some bad clients who just want to blame others for their own hidden problems. I highly recommend Ms. Graziano and staff.
