We hired him for my son and he took our money ($10,000) with the understanding we intended to go to trial. Instead, he later pushed for a guilty plea. He never asked my son what happened and rarely visited him in jail. He refused to depose a witness who told me my son was innocent. He didn't question... lies and contradictory statements by witnesses at trial. He let the Assistant District Attorney run all over him. He was unprepared at trial and was visibly nervous. Don't waste your time or money.

He never returned my call or replyed to my email! Hired him in 2010. He promised us he would do everything he could to help! When we went to court. He let the DA run all over us. He didn't object to anything that we told him was a lie the DA was claiming! He was not confidant acting in the courtroom.... Then when we needed things explained to us, because we knew and understood so little. We found out when everything was over with that we were royally screwed. He could have done many things legally with the law for us but didnt He strung us along until he got an exorbitant amount of money from us common folks. Then he did what we feel was his plan in the first place.
