Robin Goff Hallberg

Robin Goff Hallberg is an experienced attorney with many years of dedicated service to her clients. Robin has practiced law in a wide range of areas, including personal injury, divorce & custody, business, employment, Social Security and Railroad Retirement disability, wills & powers of attorney, elder law, workers’ compensation, Medicaid GAPP, gestational carrier contracts, excessive police force, and railroad litigation (FELA). From 2003 to 2004, Robin served as an Administrative Law Judge for the State of Georgia.

Robin became a certified mediator through the Justice Center of Atlanta in the early 1990’s. She is now a registered mediator with the State of Georgia through the Office of Dispute Resolution. Robin is registered to mediate civil matters of all types, including divorce cases, as well as cases in Georgia’s Juvenile Courts. She is also a registered Arbitrator.

Robin has practiced in Georgia’s state and federal trial and appellate courts. She has practiced both on her own and with law firms in Newnan and Atlanta, Georgia, including the firm of Alston & Bird.

Robin received her law degree, with honors, from the University of Georgia in 1985. At UGA, Robin served as a Notes Editor of the Georgia Law Review. Robin received a Bachelor’s Degree in English Language & Literature from the University of Virginia in 1979.

Robin is a former member of the Board of Directors of NOA (No One Alone), a non-profit organization that provides shelter, counseling, and other services to domestic violence victims and seeks to educate the public about domestic violence in an effort to eradicate it from our community. She is now a member of NOA's Honorary Advisory Council.
