Waste of money
He handed my son's DUI case. Unless you can afford the big boys (Gus McDonald or Andy Dowdy), stick to the public defender. My son got exactly the same penalty having Henry Simmons as a lawyer as all the people who used the public defender. Henry Simmons was a complete waste of money!! He never show...
