I highly recommend this attorney he's caring and compassionate. He keeps you abreast of what's going on, always available, is timely, and always shows up for court. Last year June 2016 me and a friend was in a park after hours ..had 2 bottles of liquor in the car. Police had set up a "roadblock" As ...I pulled up to the officer, my friend who was seated in the backseat started vomiting. They pull me out the car and arrest me for DUI...they say I blew a .16 they also say I refused the state administered breathalyzer We went to court a few times. At one of the hearings he got the breath test threw out because my Miranda rights werent read. Today was jury trial The state tried to use my friend as their witness and went so far as to calling in the DUI officer who arrested me in 2012. The officer said my car was jerking, my eyes wouldn't focus, and speech was slow and slurred. After Gabe Winters went to work on my case the Verdict comes back Not Guilty to DUI. I hired Mr. Winters after I got a dui. He told me about the 10 day period You have to send In a request to keep your license. He took care of that for me and I had no problems. Also gave me a to do list that would help me down the road. I did all the things he told me to and gave them to him to tak...e to court. Therre he did a wonderful job of getting my dui reduced to reckless driving even though I blew a .18. Like pulling a rabbit out of a hat. I am eternally grateful to him as I did not have to do jail time , get a limited license or have to see a probation officer. I would recommend Mr Winter to anyone I ever hear of getting a dui. After being charged with a DUI I was very fortunate to obtain the services of Mr. Winters. From the first phone call he was very easy to talk to, explained everything that I was about to go through and now looking back he knew exactly what it would take to get my DUI reduced to reckless driving in a...ddition to getting my tickets dropped.
