DUI Case

I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Winters. He was an amazing attorney to work with on my daughters DUI case. He returned all my phone calls, answered all my questions, and was extremely professional and courteous at all times. He was able to get her DUI reduced to reckless driving. My daughte...r is young and made an extremely bad decision, but this bad decision is not going to stay on her record. I would highly recommend Mr. Winters.

The Best Ever

Gabriel is an excellent lawyer. He consulted with me over my case and went through everything I needed to get done and talk and stayed in contact with me through the whole case. Worked with me on payments and got my case knocked down from d.u.I to reckless driving.

I am so grateful that I had Gabe to help me through everything I got myself in to. He was knowledgeable, honest and upfront about all of my options, very kind, and was always there to answer all of my questions I had! I can’t thank him enough.

WINTERS FOR THE WIN!!

Mr. Winters was very knowledgeable and super responsive. I asked him a million questions about my brother's case and either knew the answer or told me he would get the answer asap. I appreciated his candor and his willingness to go above and beyond. I was willing to pay any amount to get this case ha...ndled, but Mr. Winters didn't take advantage of our desperation. He was fair and very realist with what our options were. I would hire him again and recommend him to anyone who gets in a legal bind!

First offender probation

I was recently in a situation in which i was about 3 and a half years into my 5 year felony first offender probation. I was extremely worried about ruining my progress that I have achieved in that time and my probation was in jeopardy. I did a lot of looking around and checking attorney resumes but i...t seemed a lot of roads led me to Mr. Winters at the Lawson & Berry firm. After speaking with him, his expertise showed immediately when telling me what he can do for me and what to expect. Honesty and experience is what I needed and that’s exactly what I got. He used that experience to ensure that we had a multitude of plans and fallbacks, so I was able to understand the scope of what could happen and what he would do in lieu of, was reassuring. In a time of uncertainty, that was needed as well. He ended up making it so I was able to not be affected anymore by my past mistakes and got my probation terminated in a swift fashion. Myself and my family are still at a loss of words for what this man was able to accomplish, and the time frame in which he did it in. I would highly recommend anyone who feels they have a probation issue to call Mr. Winters immediately. He is there for you during and after office hours and will make a perfect addition to your team in a time of need. Couldn’t of asked for better. My family and I have more thanks than we can give and I have the opportunity to move forward. Could you ask for more ?
