If you need someone that is very knowledgeable about the law and you would like to have a real shot in winning your case Gabriel is the lawyer to call. He would sit you down and make sure you understand what is going on he will always keep you in a loop of your situation. So my advice to you if you n...eed a good lawyer he is the man to call because the man worked magic in the courtroom.

IF I COULD GIVE MORE THAN 5 STARS, I DEFINITELY WOULD

Mr. Winters went above and beyond my expectations. He is very professional and extremely knowledgeable in DUI and drug cases as well as jury cases; not to mention the different counties and prosecutors within Georgia. I had never gotten arrested or into any trouble before and was scared to death o...f what could happen with my case, let alone how the consequences would affect my family and my career. Mr. Winters eased my mind each and every time I brought up a concern. He was also very quick to get back with me at all times during my case, even when he had court. After multiple charges and the possibility of losing my license for a year with a chance of jail time and probation; Mr. Winters’s expertise was so stellar, he was was able to get me on a diversion program instead. I could not be more pleased or grateful.

5 stars are not enough

Five. Stars it’s not enough for the performance of Gabriel Winters.. I was charged with 2 counts of vehicular homicide and following to close. The prosecutor was very thorough but when Gabriel Winters took up the defense, he took apart his entire case. He was entirely in control. His closing... statement was brilliant and very concise and won me a not guilty verdict on all charges. I will say he was the answer to our prayers. Thank you Mr. Winters. Our entire family is in your debt.

Transportation

I am in the Transportation Industry and was arrested for speeding 20 over and DUI with .155 in a very rural area of Georgia. After a calling The Richard Lawson Law Group and speaking with Mr. Lawson, Gabriel Winters quickly took my case, (even though it was outside of their normal area). Gabe was ver...y thorough and to the point. He recommended completing a certified DUI Class, at least 40 hours Community Service and an Alcohol Evaluation ASAP before my court date. Fast forward to my court date, my DUI was dismissed and speeding reduced to 14 over without points or Super Speeder. Without Gabe Winters and the Lawson Group my career would be over. THANK YOU AGAIN GABE!!
