Jerry M. Seay

Mr. Seay was extremely ineffective. He missed numerous filling dates which ultimately lost the case. He was ill prepared (missing key data and forms) and refused to keep us informed. Mr. Seay never informed us that a judgement was made. My husband contacted him and he informed us that we lost th...e case and it was approximately 8 weeks after the judgement. Mr. Seay was defious, incompetent and underhanded. We had 8 different attorneys review this case, there was a consensus that Mr. Seay handled this case with malice, incompetence and made mistake after mistake. Each attorney stated that this was the worst legal malpractice case reviewed. Mr. Seay will nickel and dime you to death. I would not reccomend him to defend anyone at any time.
