Bankruptcy
Mr. Lance and Matt were great to deal with through the entire bankrutpcy process. This is a long process and Matt went above and beyond to make sure I understood what the paperwork was asking and to make sure I got it all filled out.

No communication, high fees
Lance is sharp and nice but you don't see or talk to him. You are relegated to non-atty assistants who don't always know what they are talking about and can be quite rude about it. With the amount of fees you pay, you'd think you would at least hear from the attorney before closing but you don't. If...
