Nick’s legal career began as a Judge Advocate in the United States Marine Corps, where he served as a military prosecutor in Japan. In this role, he was assigned to complex felony cases throughout the Pacific region. He later represented Marines and Sailors in appellate cases in Washington, D.C., where he helped his clients achieve case reversals, sentence reductions, and corrections to military records.
After leaving active duty in 2020, Nick joined the Department of Justice as an Assistant United States Attorney. As a federal prosecutor, Nick led global investigations in areas including narcotics, firearms offenses, terrorism, financial crimes, cybercrime, and other violent felonies.
Nick brings extensive experience home to serve the people of North Georgia.
