We are a boutique law firm that only handles probate and trust litigation matters for our clients. Because of that, we are uniquely positioned to provide a high level of service and individual attention. We provide legal services to people all over Georgia and the United States.
We provide several ways to work with us, including contingency and hybrid contingency fees, as well as traditional hourly services. Each case is different, and we customize our fees to your situation. We want to help you, and all you need to do is contact us to receive a free consultation that will inform you of your options.

Mr. Vaughan has been an attorney in Georgia since 1990. He graduated from Emory University with his Bachelor of Arts and got his law degree (Juris Doctor Degree) from the University of Georgia School of Law. He is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia and practices primarily in the areas of Probate and Estate Administration, Will Contests, and Real Estate, and is based out of Gainesville, Georgia.
