Poor representation, lack of ethics

I will just say this, you draw your own conclusion. I hired them to represent me in a case, I was expecting to to have prep session with them prior to the hearing date. That never happened. I called in the afternoon preceding the hearing date (worried) I could not get a hold of anyone to tell me wha...t to do or where do we meet etc.... when someone ,finally decided to call me back was to let me know that " I think we are going to take a lost". As my lawyer, that is not what I want to hear. I expect a , lawyer to fight for me in court not set my expectations to lose. And lose I did. After the other part laid their claims. I was advised not to take the stand because they don't have enough evidence to win; and that exactly what the other lawyer used against me, the fact that I did not bother to refute their claims. At that point, It was clear to me why I was told that we are going to lose.
