Biography
When the government has charged you with a crime, Brett Willis is the man to see. Brett has been trying and winning the most difficult and serious cases since 2005 -- and his ability to win those cases has earned him a national reputation.
Brett has been practicing criminal law exclusively since 2005. He has successfully defended over 2,500 clients (saving an estimated 10,000 years for his clients).
The Daily Report has called Brett "a relentless defender," and selected Brett as one of the top ten lawyers under forty in the State of Georgia. His success in the courtroom earned him not only a local reputation, but a national one as well. Brett serves as an instructor for the National Criminal Defense College, and the Harvard Law School.
Criminal defense organizations around the country bring Brett in to teach trial skills and techniques. The Daily Report (Georgia's premier legal journal) voted Brett one of the 10 Best Lawyers in Georgia under the age of 40. He is a past recipient of the "Defender of the Year" by the GPDC.
