Blake Alexander Poole

It’s been 3 years since I’ve started my case with Blake and it’s still not resolved, now I know my case isn’t a huge case so I didn’t think it would take this long. The worst part about it is that I was with him at his old firm and I never got an email or a phone call that he was leaving the firm. I’...ve called several times to his firm and his previous firm and now neither of them know where my case file is. Blake Poole never returns any phone calls whatsoever! Every time I call there’s always an excuse on why he can’t come to the phone. He is the worst lawyer ever. Don’t waste your time.

Mr. Poole was recommended by a member of his prior law firm. We were hesitant in that he was young and his lack of experience He started our case full blast and we were very impressed with the things he told us that would happen and we felt we had made the right decision so when he left the law f...irm and branched out on his own we went with him since he knew the case so well. Years later the case is still not settled , very little he has said has been true, he will not return phone calls, text or emails ( over a month). Not once has he given a billing statement or explained what he has charged for. His secretary has no knowledge of a reason he will not return messages/ calls when we have asked her if he is in court and to busy to call. We have asked her if she could talk with him and just relay message back to us, of which she so kindly reply's she will relay the message on to him . She has been so very nice during this time and appears embarrassed that he hasn't returned calls or messages. For the above reasons and his non professionalism I would never recommend him to anyone.
