Biography
Thank you for stopping by. I am a partner at the law firm of Stewart Melvin & Frost in Gainesville, Georgia, and my law practice focuses on workers' compensation defense. I have handled countless workers' compensation cases and appeals on behalf of employers, insureds and self-insureds, and I am also a certified court mediator. In 2013, I was selected to serve on the State Board of Workers' Compensation Chairman's Advisory Council. I graduated with honors from the North Georgia College and State University (now University of North Georgia), and I received my juris doctor from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta where among other things I served on the Student Bar Association. I am a member of the Gainesville-Northeastern Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia (and a member of the Workers' Compensation Section of the State Bar of Georgia) and the American Bar Association.
