OUTCOME: Set a meeting for the parties within the week, negotiated a full settlement, prepared the judgment which was filed within a few days and the clerk entered the final decree shortly.

I took over a case from another local lawyer who had it for 2 years and billed over $15,000. The opposing side was in pro per and difficult. Issues were property division and spousal support.
