My sister referred this lawyer to help me with general information on how to move about with a case I was working on. After Garg found out how much money I would be awarded she did some very unethical things following. I made it clear to her that I was not looking to hire an attorney just needing a l...ittle direction. She did not take that well and contacted the hospital out of spite and informed them that my accident was covered by insurance which increase my hospital bills to over 110k which prior to her doing that was completely 100% covered by hospital insurance. After her spiteful move I literally owed the hospital my entire settlement which after years of her experience was her point to maliciously pay me back for not hiring her. I paid for that mistake, I now am not working, lost my job, never received a dime went all to hospital and still in need of another surgery. This woman is not professional at all, very deceptive. Im reporting her to GBA.
