John Dale Andrle

John is a partner at Cobb, Olson & Andrle, LLC. John’s practice covers nearly every aspect of business and real estate law including business litigation, community association law, creditors’ rights, and all forms of collection. John represents individuals, businesses, community associations, banks and mortgage servicers in federal and state court.  John also serves as outside general counsel for several Georgia businesses.

Prior to joining the Firm, John worked at McCurdy & Candler, LLC in both the default litigation and bankruptcy groups.  John has extensive real estate and litigation expertise focusing on mortgage defense litigation, consumer bankruptcy, and title resolution.  John frequently represents creditors in collection proceedings and foreclosure confirmation actions.  Additionally, John regularly represents creditors in bankruptcy court, including defending objections to proofs of claim, evidentiary hearings, adversary proceedings, and nondischargeability actions.

Prior to joining McCurdy & Candler, John worked as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Judge C. Ray Mullins in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia and as a business litigation associate at one of St. Louis, Missouri’s largest law firms. John is admitted to practice in both state and federal courts in Georgia, including all three bankruptcy districts.
