Jessica Eisenhower

I am a managing partner of the Law Offices of Barnwell & Eisenhower. I was born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina and attended Ridge View High School for two years and completed my last two years of high school at White Knoll after my family moved to Lexington, South Carolina. I attended the University of South Carolina and earned my Bachelor of Arts and Sciences degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Following graduation, I worked as a paralegal at the Richland County Solicitor's Office in Columbia, South Carolina while I studied for the LSAT. I applied to several different law schools and almost committed to an out of state school, but my heart let me right back to my home state and I ultimately obtained by Juris Doctorate degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law. During my time in law school, I participated as a member of the Moot Court Bar and volunteered as a peer mentor for first year law students.

While awaiting my bar exam results I conducted eDiscovery for a prominent defense firm representing a client in a high stakes case involving pharmaceutical drugs. After learning that I had passed the South Carolina bar exam I started working as a general practice attorney in Columbia, South Carolina, and during that time I gained valuable experience working closely with individual clients who were experiencing stressful and often devastating times in their lives.

After a few years, I decided that I wanted to expand my career opportunities and decided to take the Georgia bar exam. Shortly after learning that I had passed, I relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to focus on building a career as a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney. Since relocating to Atlanta, I have worked for two premier high-volume personal injury and workers’ compensation law firms, and I have focused solely on representing injured clients against large insurance companies.

Since co-founding the Law Offices of Barnwell & Eisenhower, I have remained dedicated to fighting for injured victims, and using my knowledge and experience to get my clients the compensation they need and deserve. I approach every case as if I were representing a family member, and I strive to ensure that each of my clients understands that their concerns are my concerns.
