Gayle S. Gorvett

Gayle Gorvett is the CEO and Managing Partner of GGorvett Consulting LLC in Atlanta where she serves as Fractional General Counsel to SME’s and growth stage companies advising their senior management on complex technology transactions, Compliance, negotiation with strategic partners, and international expansion.

She is often asked to advise companies on issues such as complex cross border technology transactions, and Board advisory, including AI Governance and Cybersecurity.

She has lived and worked in the United States, Japan and France.

She was International Corporate Counsel at a French listed company and a US Fortune 1000 company and an Associate at an Amlaw100 law firm prior to founding GGorvett Consulting.

She brings both excellent legal skills and a strong business background to her clients. Ms. Gorvett has a J.D. from Northwestern University School of Law, and a B.A. in International Business from DePauw University.

She recently completed a term as Secretary and member of the Board of La French Tech Atlanta. She is an active member of two AI Guardrails Working Groups at the Duke Center for Law and Technology and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and the Chair of the global Privacy and Cybersecurity Subcommittee for the Association of the Corporate Counsel.

Gayle is a member in good standing of the New York Bar and the Georgia Bar.
