Failing to complete ANY terms of your probation can lead to additional jail time. Worse yet, the judge can hold you for up to 30 days before...

Under some special circumstances you can request a hearing to ask the judge for a modification. Just "having to pay bills" is not a good enough...

Your boyfriend can be help up to 30 days prior to meeting with a judge on a propbation violation case. Its not like a new arrest where bond has to...
