About Enrique
Biography
My transactional and litigation experience gives me a unique perspective on a variety of business issues. Most of my current work consists of corporate law, employment law, and general litigation. Having seen first-hand what can go wrong with a deal enables me to help my clients better anticipate, prepare for, and prevent problems in the future. This, along with my time at Turner Broadcasting System Latin America, UPtv Cable Channel, and other transactional entertainment firms gives me a well-rounded outlook on the complete deal. While at Emory, I participated in and completed Emory’s Transactional law Program, a program designed to prepare practice-ready transactional attorneys through robust coursework and deal skills training, receiving a Transactional Law Certificate upon graduation. I was also a regional finalist for the Atlanta Bar Association Negotiation Competition. Before law school, I was a top salesman for two major telecommunication corporations. As a hobby, I play guitar and perform standup comedy.
