I advise current and former employers about restrictive covenants (not to compete, solicit or disclose) so that they can manage their workforce appropriately. I also then represent them in related litigation.

As part of my employment practice, I also represent clients in connection with trade secret disputes and allegations of unfair competition or business practices.
