Wade Hampton Watson III

I represent clients in disputes over the control and transfer of business and family wealth. I have 33 years of experience in trial and appellate advocacy in the complex world of trusts, estates, guardianships, conservatorships, powers of attorney, and closely held businesses, including partnerships, LLCs, and corporations. I have tried cases all over Georgia and argued or briefed appeals in the Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. I have written scholarly articles on fiduciary law and litigation, and spoken at professional seminars on these subjects. I have been recognized as a leader by the bench and bar, having recently served as President of the Atlanta Bar Association. My greatest satisfaction comes in helping my clients resolve their legal and financial disputes so that they can move on to the next chapter of their personal or professional lives.
