I consulted w/ Ms. Higginbotham on a City Citation matter regarding a property that had was deeded in my name unbeknownst to me for several years because the finance company did not fully take back its interest in the property. My attorney understood the situation in depth, was able to clearly walk m...e through the maze of possibilities, and help me establish a plan of approach to the court preceding.
