Biography
I provide legal counsel to small and medium-sized businesses on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including business and corporate representation, entity structuring, incentive plans, licensing agreements, employment law and related agreements, trademark and copyright clearance and related registration.
Before joining MendenFreiman LLP, I clerked for the Honorable Brian K. Epps, a United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Georgia. I graduated from Vanderbilt University Law School where I was elected to the Order of the Coif and served as a member of the Vanderbilt Journal of Transnational Law. While in law school, I also interned in-house for a large multinational energy company.
Prior to attending law school, I graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia with a BBA in Finance.
