Stanley M. Lefco

Stan filed my case in the wrong court and the case was closed and now I am the defendant in another court where I was originally the plaintiff. I paid off my balance and then 1 month later received a bill twice my previous balance with multiple errors. I emailed Stan with no response. Since my case... was handled so poorly I switched to another attorney and and am still dealing with the repercussions of his poor representation. Stan also refused to arbitrate the unjustified fee with the state bar and instead filed a lawsuit against me and has been continuously harassing me to pay something that is not owed. Since I got him through legal shield they are refusing to help defend me and I had to hire another attorney to deal with him. He also has a poor memory. Hiring him as my attorney was one of the worst decisions I ever made.

I was referred to Mr. Lefco through LegalShield and although he is a very nice person, he is not organized and couldn't answer many of my questions. I had a small claims dispute against my former landlord for an unpaid deposit. Having a real estate background, I don't see how he couldn't answer my si...mple questions. I ended up having to research and file the suit on my own.

Mr.Lefco handled a case for my husband and I concerning our home.before we hired him we faught this case for 5 years.it took him less than 6 months get the case to the judge and got our paper work to our home.the person that we had to take to court was a really hard person to get up with and to dea...l with,but thanks to Mr. Lefco we are free of that stress at last.
