My boyfriend broke into a house,stole some jewelry,and pawned it. What would his charge be and how long would he have to serve?

Your statement that your son is "scheduled to meet with the solicitor but not sure why or what to expect" should be indication enough to you that...

A local ordinance is different than a state law misdemeanor. Typically the maximum penalty for an ordinance is 6 months in jail and a $1000 fine...
