Were you arrested? If so your laweyer can find out if there is a video. If no then you can file an open records request to see if there is a video.

Yes you are eligible. You still face up to 10 years in prison as a maximum sentence. Consult with a lawyer immediately.

He will probably get a public defender when he goes to court. You are always able to hire him a lawyer.

Hire a lawyer to file a motion asking the Judge to discharge you if you entered your plea under the first offender act.
