Unfortunately the answer is no. You cannot get a DUI or reckless driving conviction restricted/expunged/sealed under the current law (OCGA 35-3-37).

A nolo plea is not a dismissal. If however your case was dismissed then you are entitled to have the arrest restricted from your criminal history....
